Service Charges
The rates Salient Computing Services charges for the various service offerings are as follows.

Charges include GST and effective from:
1 October 2009.

Service details
Service types

Base
$25.00 per hour.

Standard
$95.00 for 'call-out', which includes the first hour on-site.
Additional hours at $70.00 per hour (or part thereof).

Support Plans

Service - $60.00 per hour for one regular on-site visit (no call-out fee).
Additional 'call-outs' at $95.00 for the first hour then $60.00 per hour after.

Pre-Paid - $50.00 per hour for on-site service visit (minimum two hours).

All support plans offer:

Telephone assistance at $10.00 per fix, and
Pre-arranged rate for 'Day', 'Week' 'Fortnight' - please contact for rates.
