Salient Computing Services offers a range of flexible service types offering charges to match the level of customer requirements.
A Base plan provides an economical level of service where all work is carried at the premises of Salient Computing services. There are no provisions for pick-up, on-site or delivery services.
A Standard plan provides customers with on-site assistance on a 'Call-Out' basis. This service is suitable with clients who are comfortable with the day-to-day running of their computers systems but can rely on Salient Computing Services to be there to assist when problems get out of hand or when disaster strikes.
A Support plan provides regular (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, etc.) on-site services at discounted rates to the Standard service rate. Two types of support plans are available:
Service - offering regular on-site service calls at disconnected rates to the Standard service rate.
Pre-Paid - where the client purchases a block of pre-paid hours for on-site services on a regular or 'as required' basis. Pre-paid is at a discounted rate to the Service Support plan.
