Peter has received a number of trade qualifications including Certificate in Basic Electrical Maintenance, Certificate for Electronics Trade Course, Craftsman's Certificate of Proficiency for Radio Fitter/Mechanic (Electronics Communications) and in 1990 he achieved a Diploma of Engineering in Communications Systems. Peter formed Salient Computing Services in 1999.
